China and the United States, often referred to as "the two masters of the world", are very different from each other. The People's Republic of China, with its one billion four hundred million inhabitants, represents a fifth of humanity and, due to the lack of raw materials, needs an active foreign policy in the economic field. Thus, step by step, China is expanding more and more in the world.
